We are seeking volunteers for Metro Nashville Public Schools- Celebration of Schools Parade and Fair, at Nissan Stadium. Students and families will meet educators from our schools with a fun-filled day to include a parade, games, prizes and giveaways.
Metro Marching Classic: The Metro Marching Classic is an exhibition featuring our talented and entertaining High School marching bands. The event begins at 1 p.m.
We’re almost fully staffed, but we still need a few key roles filled to help the day run smoothly.
We’re looking for:
- Banner Distributors / Collectors
- Parade Route Coordinators (2 per cluster)
These roles are essential in helping schools get to and from the field for their showcase, return to their seats, and ensure everything runs on time. Your help truly makes a difference in creating a smooth, joyful celebration for our students and families!

Volunteer shifts begin at 8:30am-5:30pm, and the event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
