Help us give our school band a fresh start! Whites Creek High School is looking for volunteers to lend a hand with organizing and cleaning our band spaces to create a more functional and welcoming environment for students on January 14th from 2pm-5pm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sorting and organizing band items
- Cleaning out four rooms (mopping floors, wiping down counters)
- Sorting and organizing band uniforms
- Reorganizing band storage areas
Event Agenda:

2:00 PM – Volunteer check-in

2:15 PM – Work begins in the band area

3:30 PM – 15-minute break

5:00 PM – Wrap up for the day
What to Know Before You Come:

Please wear your company/organization t-shirt and/or clothes you don’t mind getting dirty

Bring a water bottle and a snack

Park at the front of the school and check in at the front office upon arrival
