The Nashville Dolphins are seeking compassionate volunteers who are comfortable getting in the water with swimmers who have special needs. Volunteers work under the direction of certified Lead Instructors, who provide ongoing guidance, training, and support. No prior experience is necessary—just a genuine desire to help provide life-saving swim skills to some truly special swimmers. This hands-on opportunity is especially valuable for individuals pursuing careers or certifications in special education, education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medicine, social work, or other service-oriented fields. Volunteers gain meaningful experience while building confidence, skills, and connections.
