Every Spring, our School Counselor hosts a workshop for 4th & 5th Grade families at Whitsitt Elementary to support Middle School Transition. This is a great opportunity for families to learn about the different school choices available for students and get answers to questions about the transition to middle school. Volunteers are needed to support this learning opportunity for participating families one or both of the dates below:
Evening Session: Tuesday, January 20th 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Whitsitt Library
Daytime Session: Friday, January 23rd 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM @ Whitsitt Library
We are specifically looking for bilingual volunteers to partner with us to support Whitsitt families who are interested in completing the MNPS School Choice application at the workshop. Please share with anyone you know who may be interested!
