Family and Community University’s 2026 College and Career Readiness Summit is right around the corner, and we are seeking volunteers to help make this event a success! This summit is designed to equip families with actionable, grade-level guidance to support informed decision-making and long-term planning for their students’ success. By strengthening family–school partnerships through clear expectations, resources, and pathways from elementary through high school, we ensure students are prepared for college, careers, and life beyond graduation.
To bring this event to life, we need a strong team of volunteers—with male volunteers highly encouraged to join us, especially for heavy‑lifting support.

- Ensure all spaces are clean, organized, and reset properly
(Our last official volunteer shift is 12–3 PM, but heavy-lifting volunteers can plan to arrive around 1:30 PM.)

If you are available to volunteer on either day—or both—please reply to this email to let us know your availability.
Thank you in advance for your partnership and support. Your time and energy help ensure families across MNPS receive the tools and guidance they need to support their students’ success.
Warmly,
