The Belmont Student Government Association is hosting a blood drive with the Blood Assurance. Between the flu season and Spring Break, blood donations have decreased for the beginning of March, and hospitals need help. Vanderbilt has a blood transfusion every 7-8 minutes and there have been some mass trauma events where more blood products have been needed recently.
The blood drive will be from 11:00AM-4:00PM in the Student Beaman Life Center. Please click the link to register for a time slot to donate.
Donors have the potential to earn Service Wellness WELL Core credit for submitting reflections for either the Serve Together or Different Populations Service Wellness behaviors if they have not already received credit for them.
