Volunteers are needed to support STEM Prep High's Graduation Ceremony on Monday, May 18, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 PM at Trevecca Community Church of the Nazarene (335 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37210).
Volunteer Roles: Greeters, ticket counters, and ushers (no heavy lifting
required)
Attire: Polo or blouse, nice jeans (no rips), and closed-toe shoes
Who: Adults age 25+ preferred
Volunteer Agenda
12:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In
Volunteers arrive, check in, and attend a brief 30-minute meeting to review
roles and event details.
12:30–1:45 PM – Event Prep & Guest Support
Volunteers serve as greeters, ticket counters, and ushers as guests begin
arriving and seating begins.
2:00–4:00 PM – Graduation Ceremony
Volunteers support during the ceremony by assisting guests, managing entry, and
helping maintain a smooth flow of the event.
4:00 PM – Dismissal
Volunteers wrap up responsibilities and are dismissed.
Volunteers will receive a 30-minute briefing before the event to review the schedule and responsibilities. All volunteers will report to Jeremy Quinonez. Thank you for supporting this event—we appreciate your time and commitment!
