Supplies
-Several 3 pronged extensions cords
-Card Tables
-firewood
-Alabama corn hole set
-balloons
-hand sanitizers for all tables - 10
-Door prizes - unlimited
-zip loc bags (quart) - 3 boxes
Food Supplies
- extra chili
-oyster crackers (10 bags)
-Sour Cream in individual servings - 200 servings
-Shredded Cheese - 15 16 oz bags
-Fritos - small individual bags - 200
-Buns - 250
-sour cream (200 individuals)
-Ice - (10 bags)
-bottled water - 10 cases-
-packaged desserts like little debbies or homemade in ziplocs - 200
Volunteers to set up and tear down and help serve (need 20) that can arrive no later than 3:00 pm
