Begin Anew believes that every person deserves a second opportunity for a second chance in life. Adult learners enrolled in our education programs receive these services at no cost. That is because Begin Anew raises funds through the support of individuals determined to remove all barriers to education.
Anyone can make a difference in the lives of others. A few ideas of activities to support our mission include:
- Digital Fundraising – Start a Facebook campaign, dedicate your birthday, or raise funds through a peer-to-peer campaign.
- Join an Event Committee – We plan two events each year taking place in Brentwood and Madison. Whether you love decorating, writing, securing tables or sponsorships, we have a place for you!
- Plan a new fundraising idea – Perhaps your creativity and passion matched with our mission will launch the next IT thing!
Whether you have a few hours a week or a year, we can help put your time and skills into meaningful work resulting in transforming the lives of adult learners.
This position requires volunteers to complete an application and pass a background check. Training and resources will be provided to you by the Development Director, as needed.
