Do you enjoy administrative work and would be available approximately 2-3 hours per month to provide support in person?
GNRC's Quality Assurance Program mails out surveys to clients who have received home-delivered meals to make sure they have received excellent service and have the opportunity to provide feedback. The surveys are a great tool to make any necessary program improvements.
You would be preparing the surveys for mailing. This involves folding pages and stuffing them, along with a return envelope, into an envelope to be mailed, and then placing address labels on the outer envelope and labels/stamps on the return envelopes. We aim to have these surveys mailed out by the end of each month.
No prior experience is needed. All training and materials will be provided, and staff will be available to answer questions as needed.
We aim to have these surveys mailed out by the end of each month and can accommodate a flexible schedule during business hours Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Please add in the notes your availability to work on this project.

We'd appreciate someone who can do this several months in a row but can also accommodate one-time volunteers. This is an ongoing need and volunteers can support this opportunity on a regular basis each month. Just let us know what you are able to do, and we will confirm specific details and a schedule when we have confirmed you for this role.
