- Event Set Up - 12:30pm-2:30pm
- Afternoon Event Set Up - 2:30pm-5:30pm
- Doors/Ticketing - 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Auction Monitor - 6:30pm-8:30pm
- Auction Closer 9:30pm-10:30pm
- Event Tear Down - 10:30pm-11:30pm
