What will volunteers be doing at this event?
Please join TEC and the Bellevue Creek Clean-Up Club to remove litter and recyclables in and around Flat Creek and in Bellevue, TN. We will meet behind the U.S. Post Office on Highway 70 South.
What to bring and what to wear?
Please make sure to wear suitable clothing for working outdoors, such as gloves, boots, hats, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts. It is essential to wear sturdy closed-toed shoes.
Additionally, please remember to bring your water bottle and sunscreen. TEC will provide the necessary tools, extra gloves, and refillable water.
Accessibility:
This event will include walking on the streambank and the creek while carrying litter grabbers and trash bags.
