The purpose of this is to facilitate a 30-45 min conversation with an English as a Second Language (ESL) student related to a career or profession of interest. This professional development will help to increase ESL students' confidence and language skills with the goal of being able to apply for new and/or better jobs and increase their success in the workforce. All meetings will be held virtually unless otherwise agreed upon between you, your conversation partner, and the site supervisor.
