Join our staff this fall as we host a Flag Football League for adults with Intellectual & Developmental disABILITIES on Saturday mornings at Elmington Park (3531 West End Ave) from 10:00am-12:00pm.
Volunteer by playing alongside our MPDP athletes or volunteer from the sidelines as a score keeper or referee/official. We will provide scoring information, jerseys, whistles, scoreboards, water and anything else you need to be successful as a volunteer.
Schedule:
- 10:00-10:15 Greeting & Divide into groups
- 10:15-10:45 Practice & Drills
- 10:45-11:00 Divide into teams/Water Break
- 11:00-11:45 Game
- 11:45-12:00 Wrap-up & collect jerseys
Activities are weather dependent and will be cancelled if any of the following conditions are met:
- Temperature above 90*F or below 50*F
- Rain or Forecasted Rain Chances over 50%
- Wet or Muddy Field Conditions
