Join us for our most popular annual tradition! Our Hummingbird Celebration offers fun activities for the entire family including bird banding observation, education stations, exploration stations, crafts, face-painting, food trucks and more. With around 700 attendees, we need help from volunteers in various stations, such as:
- Friday set-up
- Saturday set-up
- Face Painting
- How to Draw a Hummer craft
- Hummingbird Exhibit Table
- Museum Floaters
- Photo-Ops
- Window Decals with Puffy Paint craft
- "Stained Glass" Hummer craft
- Tuesday clean-up
There are a few shift times available for each position. The event is held at the Warner Parks Nature Center, located at 7311 Highway 100, Nashville, TN.
