Shelby Park and Bottoms will be hosting the sixth annual Golden Pheasant Triathlon on September 29th, with all proceeds going to Friends of Shelby and Walk Bike Nashville. Support these organizations and the athletes participating in the race! Volunteers will receive a Friends of Shelby Park and Bottoms volunteer t-shirt for their service.
What will volunteers be doing at this event? We have a need for several positions, listed below. If one of them interests you, sign up for the time slot that matches that service position.

- Registration Check-in (7am-9:30am): helping athletes check in on the morning of the race.
- Refreshments and Transition Area (8am-9:45am and 9:30 am-11am): providing refreshments to athletes during the race, provide guidance to racers as they move through transition areas.
- Bike Leg Monitor (8:30am-10:30am): riding on the course (using your own bike) to monitor and guide athletes.
