The Brown Center for Autism has a need to paint a couple hallways and a stairwell. Painting and clean-up will be done on Friday, November 13. For those interested, there is another opportunity on Thursday, November 12 volunteers will be preparing those areas (spackling, taping, sanding, and washing walls and also removing hardware and covering floors with plastic).
They will have t-shirts for volunteers to wear, lunch, water, and of course the tools they will need.
In addition, Gorden Liske from The Brown Center for Autism has shared that the Music Fraternity from MTSU will arriving Friday night around 4:30pm and they will be finishing the painting and also jamming to music they will be playing. If anyone of the Belmont group is interested in hanging around they are welcome.
