Pre-Event Setup: Assist with transforming the event space into something magical! Help with arranging tables, chairs, and decorations, setting up registration or check-in areas, and organizing materials like auction items and signage.
On-the-Day Assistance: Be part of the action! Support us by monitoring guest flow, keeping tables tidy, and addressing special requests or technical needs to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Post-Event Breakdown: Help us wrap things up! Pitch in with clearing tables, packing materials, disposing of waste, and leaving the venue spotless. Assist with returning items to storage and completing any last-minute tasks.
Cleanliness & Organization: Throughout the event, maintain a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring all areas remain organized and promptly addressing any issues.
