Hello wonderful potential volunteers!
Madison Branch Library is gearing up for our “Twice as Nice” Book Sale, and we’d love your help to make this event a success! This is a special, once-a-year opportunity to support the branch, connect with the community, and enjoy a fun, book-filled atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic volunteers to assist with:
• Merchandising and organizing sale items
• Helping customers browse and find great reads
• Collecting payments and providing friendly customer service
Shift Details (2-hour shifts):
• 10:00 am–12:00 pm
• 12:00–2:00 pm
• 2:00–4:00 pm
• 3:30–5:30 pm
• 5:30–7:30 pm
Fridays (10:00 am–5:30 pm)
• 10:00 am–12:00 pm
• 12:00–2:00 pm
• 2:00–4:00 pm
• 3:30–5:30 pm
Saturdays (10:00 am–4:30 pm)
• 10:00 am–12:00 pm
• 12:00–2:00 pm
• 2:00–4:00 pm
• 2:30–4:30 pm
Sundays (2:00–4:30 pm)
• 2:00–4:00 pm
• 2:30–4:30 pm
We’re hoping for 5–10 volunteers, and those willing to work multiple shifts are especially appreciated—but any availability helps!
